Count yourself fortunate that you live in a 1st world country, with a transport infrastructure, education for all, social services, Laws, police, civil servants, hospitals, GPs and all the rest of it.
Then compare and contrast between your lifestyle and the vast majority of those individuals born and growing up in Africa, or the Indian Subcontinent, or parts of Asia and South America.
Then count your blessings.
