When we usually speculate using these equations to roughly guess something and then we finally find the answer just how accurate are we with these equations?

There are mathematical questions that cannot be solved
This was shown by a logician called Kurt Godel it was made worse by Alan Turing ( of Enigma fame) when he showed that you can't even know what those problems are.
Even earlier than that mathematicians like Poincarre showed that you cannot prove that more than 2 planets will continue to orbit stably for ever (the 3 body problem)
So mathematics looks nice and solid and predictable at a junior level but when you start to look at it in detail there are all sorts of things in it that are clunky and ugly and just not right at all
So no - mathematics cant solve all of the existing maths problems far less explain everything
However it is far and away the best tool we have for explaining things and predicting future events based on the past so worth sticking with it

These are very well understood and demonstrated in a number of very accurate experiments.
The most famous in terms of time travel is the fact that we see particles (called muons) that hit the ground when really they should die in the upper atmosphere - they make it because time is slower for them
The satellites that work satnav systems have to take account of the fact that time runs faster for them than us.
As for the speed of light being a absolute limit. This was not derived from relativity - relativity was derived from this observation - over the last century it has been shown to be exceptionally accurate but it is at least possible that strange things happen in very extreme cases - close to the big bang etc.
However in terms of every day conditions I wouldn't think the chances of faster than lisght travel or time travel for humans ever being a reality is much more than a billion to one

I have heard the reason why we are looking for the Higgs Bosun is because the equations describing particles are unwieldly and there is something missing to generate a nice neat formala to describe it. Nature is like that take E=mc^c so condensed and beautiful. Its the reason why mathematicians like doing what they do, some call it God's work who was regarded as a mathematician. Evolution does not involve mathematics to the same degree.

Jake has explained why the Higgs Boson is unlikely to exist. Because of the formulas complexity it does not fit in with natures rules.
An alternative to the Higgs Boson has been postulated called 'The Spacetime Model' which uses Einsteins equations. This is much simpler and will probably turn out to be right. Worth a read:

Which natural rules are those? the ones that say that equations must be simple?

The standard model attempts to relate pretty much everything - the more things you put in - the more complexity there is.
However you get more for your money. The Higgs Boson explains where mass comes from and so is a more complete explanation.
If you're hoping for an equation that explains everything thay has only 4 or 5 charcters that anybody can understand you're likely to be disappointed

3 farmers go to buy a £30,000 tractor to be used by them equally,
each farmer gives the salesman £10,000 each equals £30,000
when he goes to pay it in the manager informs him that there is a £5,000 discount for this item
so he puts £2,000 in his pocket which leaves £3,000 and he says to the farmers that there has been a reduction ( not saying how much ) and hands each one £1,000 back.
So the maths are
Price £30,000
each farmer paid £10,000
got £1,000 back
so 3 x £9,000 equals £27,000
plus the salesmans £2,000 put in his pocket equals £29,000
WHERE IS THE OTHER £1,000
