Hi Can you help I currently getting a new PC and dont know how to reconnect to my ISP I will be using windows 7 . After Iv turned the PC on a step by step acount of how to reconect to my ISP would be very much welcome.

no router sorry . I told you I was thick when it comes to computers . and just to prove it Im still on dial up :-(

Well I hope it has a dial-up modem in it! You better ask place you are getting it from.
You will probably have to enter details manually at the time using the connection wizard.
To be honest, it would probably be a lot less hassle to get a cheap broadband connection with a USB modem. They are pretty easy to set up.
Same for Windows mail .. whatever they call it now.
