Breaking a Non-Molestation Order
I posted in criminal section and got no replies so trying here..
Through family court about 2 weeks ago my ex was served Non-Molestation Order among others... He was granted 2 hours supervised contact at my fathers address with us both present..
First access less then ten minutes to the end he started teaching my 4 year old autistic son to spit (fuming).. I bit my tongue but then had to say something about it. As the ex was leaving i politely asked him to not teach my son to spit as he has been brought up better then that.. He turned round and said "your F'in lucky you still have him" so told him if that is the case then I will be speaking to the solicitors first thing monday morning.. His reply "no need im coming for him tonight to take him off you"
Please were called immediately and although were on priority it took them 9 hours to come out.. He is in breach of his Non-Mol order again.
What is the likely outcome of him breaking this????? The police are yet to find him still nearly a week later.
Is there anyone hear that can advise? Big history of Domestic Violence, Abuse and Threats to Abduct my son. One problem is the police officer dealing with the case is off until weekend so there not looking for him again until then.

Is there any chance of a social worker being at the supervised visit too? Or getting the visits moved to the social services themselves? Clearly this man isn't fit to be a father and the child must be protected - can you go back to court and get things changed? I hope everything turns out okay for you and your son.
Unfortuntely in my experience the Police don't follow up these breaches as well or quickly as they should.
I'd agree with what mercia has said and requset the panic button to be installed as they will turn up an awful lot sooner than in the situation you've described, and it help with your peace of mind a little too.
I'd also agree with getting s social worker and having any furhter visits at a neutral location.
Best wishes to you, I hope you can sort things out.

Ive now ceased all contact this was his last chance which i said through court! My solicitor was sending a letter to his to say that all contact is now stopped Thankgod!!.
Im just petrified of what he will do.. he isnt allowed near my property or my dads except for the contact that was sorted nor my sons school.
Ive got a social worker anyways at the moment and have made her aware of whats been happening and she agreed it needs to be drawn a line under now.
How do i look into getting a panic alarm with police??
