the ones advertising tend to offer (approx)1/2 the value of the plate, then they will advertise it for you ,until its sold you wont get paid.
Number plate values are difficult as it might only appeal to the right person, E bay may be worth a try.

As with anything Linda, the plate's only worth what someone else is prepared to pay for it.
