As I stated perfectly clearly yesterday, you do NOT need parental consent to leave home at 16.
No, I'm not a legal professional (although a barrister who sometimes posts here has been kind enough to praise many of my answers in this section) but I spent many years dealing in the field of pastoral care for teenagers (both through secondary teaching and through working with relevant charities) where knowledge of the coorect answer to your question was essential.
At the ages of 16 and 17 you're still legally a minor, meaning that your parents still have certain responsibilities towards you; however they no longer have the right to prevent you leaving home. (It's also far from unknown for young people under 16 years old to leave their family home but, in such circumstances, social services would normally insist on being involved, in order to provide support. At the age of 16 social services no longer get involved).
