No.

Radio Scotland is only broadcast on DAB from the following transmitters:
Aberdeen
Ayr
Dundee/Perth
Edinburgh
Glasgow
Inverness

Even the 'Central Scotland' transmitter (near to Stirling) doesn't currently transmit BBC Radio Scotland (although it does carry BBC Radio nan Gaidheal).

BBC Radio Scotland is available on Medium Wave in some parts of England (810kHz). It's not available outside of Scotland on Freeview but it should be available on Sky (0116) and, I believe, on Freesat (172). I'm unsure as to whether Virgin Media carries BBC Radio Scotland south of the border. (If so, it should be on channel 931).

Thank you for your answer Chris. I can get radio Scotland on Virgin media. As I listen to the radio in bed, I was going to buy a DAB clock radio so i could listen to the Iaan Anderson show.
