i know it NoMercy that u should be smart but there was no boy around me which would flirt on any girl (they all were same age ) but recently i have joined the school bus . the big boys(15yrs old) are behaving differently to some big girls almost every girl . i m not aware of these things so i was asking!!! thats all!!!

seeing as no one is going to answer you i may aswell have a go. as far as i'm aware flirting with someone involves, mainly having a laugh and a joke, a little light banter, being touchy feely with them (but not over the top) eye contact, compliments, sauciness.....
but as you're 13, i wouldn't bother
