Try rjhsoftware.com for a freeware item called "rjh extensions". It allows you to save a directory list or file path to anywhere you choose. (including the printer!!) I've used it at home for years - simple and excellent. Unfortunately, at work, my PC won't let me install anything! so I have to revert to the print screen key (which puts the current screen on the clipboard) and then paste into Wordpad, finally printing ar saving this elsewhere as a file. Pathetic, but isn't it time Mr Gates gave us some of these facilities in his eXtremely Patronising operating system??
