been on phone for half hour trying to get a decent deal for my car renewal as it was miles to high!!
anyway after listening to the person talking on and on they decide "oh wait a minute i can take £25 off your renewal does that sound good to you"
well of course it does. my question why not offer me that in the 1st place save me being on the phone all that time!!
