I'm sorry to hear about the break in...
Unfortulantly, although it is technically possible to track the Xbox on line as long as they people that stole it were to use Xbox live, in reality it would require a warrant issued to Microsoft to get them to release the information, and that's not going to happen.
If you have the serial number for the Xbox and proof of purchase (and I suspect a crime number would be required too) you *may* be able to persuade Microsoft to block the system from Xbox live if you report it stolen from them (I say may because I've heard of it being done in the US, never in the UK)

The same would go for the playstation and the Ipod touch I would expect, you can try contacting the relevant companies customer support to see if you can get the systems blocked but they won't release any information to help trace them with out a court order.
The phone is slightly different, if you contact your service provider (O2?) they will be able to disable the phone so it can no longer be used (but again, won't help trace it)
