A lot cooler here in Yorkshire. Im off sick from work this week, so have been going for some nice long walks along the cliffs. Hoping I have lost some weight too by the end of the week. Well done Wendilla.

Morning all, just got back from walking Max, and it's one of those beautiful morning when it's good to be alive, the suns shining and it's nice and warm without being humid with it. Boxtop like you I'm on statins and really miss not being able to have grapefruit it's probably my favorite fuit and I can't eat it.

Good Morning To You! It is quite early here (NYC) and I took out the trash to find a sticky, humid day brewing. Not even 6 am and already awful out. We are due for some thunder boomers the next two days. We need rain badly. My front and back lawns look like hay!
