What animal besides a skunk sprays urine as a line of defgense?

Skunks don't spray urine, rather, the chemical skunks spray at their enemies is a sulfur compound called N- bulymercaptan. It is ejected in a fanlike pattern from two small openings near the animal's rectum.

The spitting cobra of India and southeast Asia spits its venom... civet cats (not actually a cat) uses its strong musk for deterrent, walking stick bugs of Belize and now being imported to the southern U.S. sprays a strong chemical as a deterrent as well.  There are probably several others...

Not urine but poo - a very effective defence mechanisn carried out by Fieldfares against predators.

So when you see a flock approaching this winter - don't look up!

I can verify ferrets spray from the backside. I was witness to it Saturday. They are related to Skunks too.
