Downoading from Youtube

I know this qestion was answered recently, but I cant seem to find it using the search option.

I currently use vdownloader to download videos from youtube, but I am lookng for a program that will give me the option to choose whether I want to download the video or just the audio.

Any help would be most appreciated.

I like vixy.net, you dont have to download any additional software to use it either.
