I don't think this couple will forget their encouter for a long time, the damage cost them £8,500.

How heavy do you think the whale would have been? If it caused that much damage it's surprising the boat didn't sink and neither of them were harmed?

It weighed around 40 tonnes and the boat was steel hulled hebce the whale didn't wreck it.
