trying to download a clip from this site, but when I right click on the movie window it gives me all the Flash settings. Anyone know how to download a clip from youtube??

You will need you flash installed. It should guide you through the steps. Then you can watch the clips till your hearts content.

If you mean download as in keep the clips then you tube in theory isn't designed to let you. You are only allowed to watch.

However, there are cheat ways round this though that involves opening the source of the webpage and copying asome of the code back into your browser bar. This will let you save clips. Lots of sites tell you how to do this in more detail........so I've heard....honestly and never done it myself.

VideoDownloader, the Firefox add-on that potterfan3 suggests, works fine.

I couldn't get the recommended FLV player to download, and I couldn't be bothered to convert, so I got hold of Riva's very basic but perfectly adequate player.
