For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.They do say that hundreds of procedures were undertaken safely and kindly, the films are obviously showing us the worst cases, but it's awful that the vet company doesn't seem to be taking any responsibility. My vet is not part of this group and my cats never seem distressed when they go there. I can but hope.

They were keen to say that there was no "cruelty" and the animals all fully recovered - but the people they showed (and I suspect that they cherry-picked the bad bits) were not caring about the animals, some of them treated it all as quite a joke. I had to watch but it was very uncomfortable viewing.
