i do have proof my daughter and police have charged him with abh on minor but he is going round like nothing has happened whilst me and my daughter are suffereing for wot he did i just want him to hurt like we are

if its still not been to court then Id say dont do it!
There are reasons why newspaper dont print names of people charged with certain things, usually to stop a jury being swayed.

he has been charged and will probably be on some register. Dont let him ruin your life, if you put anything on FB you will have him laughing more that he has got to you. And you will be the one that looks nasty.

totally agree with 4get, was going to write don't let it ruin you and your daughters life but i know how hard that really is, so just get on with your life as good as you can for your daughters sake if she see your are strong she will grow up to be strong too, if you fall apart and start exposing him you will be the one that looks like a spiteful bitch ( not saying you are) but thats what his pals will think as he wont tell people what really happened will he

i know your right deep down just want revenge but i will take your advise and leave it. he is hopefully going to pay eventually so will just have to be patient x forgetmenot you mentioned some register he might be on or could go on do you know if there is and if so how do you get access if at all to it x

How old is your daughter? Have you stopped to think how she would feel if you put things about it on internet, maybe she just wants to forget x I mean if he gets charged, I know there is a sex register but is there another?
