Moat killed and injured innocent people. He himself is now dead. Why bother the expense of a media circus trial coupled with years keeping him locked up in luxury. Case closed surely.

Moat was a green eyed monster, and no matter what his ex girlfriend said, nothing would have stopped him doing what he did.

The fact that she dumped him gave him no right to do what he did, shooting a copper point blank and then going on the run, he deserved everything he got.

We've all been "dumped"..ie..have been been let go from a relationship. Most of us adults and normal human beings,"decide "to be sad and depressed for a while.....we dont "decide" to lift guns and go and kill people..!! Each person is the owner of the choice they make in life...to blame others is the sign of someone who isnt brave enough to accept they have done wrong...The same is also true of the people who try to excuse them:-(
