Sir Chris Hoy is the first to cycle the 2012 Velodrome..............great news.
But why the heck should Michael Johnson a former US sprinter be accorded the honour of being the first to run, albeit on a temporary track, in the Olympic Stadium. We have homegrown British champions who have been snubbed.
