what would happen is a bloke in his mid 40s head buts a 12 year old boy and get charged with a suspened sentence then the older brother finds him and has a fight with him but no one was really badly hurt then the brother hands himself in 2 days later what would he be likely to get charged with?

you can't get charged with a "suspended sentance" - that's not a charge, it's a punishment after being found guilty

Well I think that I've made sense of this post (just!). The charge will almost certainly depend upon the injuries suffered by the 'bloke in his mid 40s'.
