Ban the miniskirt!
The Vatican has launched a crackdown on tourists wearing skimpy clothing.
The tough dress code is applied to people using the Vatican's pharmacy, supermarket and post office.
The Guards drew aside men in shorts and women with uncovered shoulders and short skirts to tell them that they were not dressed properly.

The RC Church has lost a lot of respect and power because of the paedophilia scandal and so we can expect them to throw their weight about to try to get it back. When I visited the Vatican, I covered up my shoulders and wore crops, I wouldn't insult them by not doing this, same in Israel, when we went the the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and to the Wailing Wall, I covered up and wore a elbow sleeved mid calf dress and Bill had dress trousers and a shirt on as a mark of respect to the place were were at.
