I have been told that there is a possibility that soya milk as an alternative to dairy is available on the NHS for my daughter who is dairy intolerant........big time! Can this possibly be true?

So I see no reason why soya milk shouldn't be available in the same way. Further, although I hate having to provide a link to the dreaded Daily Mail, the answer to your question appears to be 'Yes':

It's not just the Daily Mail that provides an affirmative answer. You can also find it here:

She could also have soya formula at that age, my daughter is now on hypo-allergenic formula because she is allergic to milk protien, she is 26 months old and expected to be on formula until she's 5
Hope that you manage to get something sorted for her.
Thanks for correcting me Chris, it seems that not many people know that, including a friend of mine who was recently diagnosed with a milk allergy.
