i know that the first box is to receiver but it is the next boxes i get confused what to put in them
If it's the boxes titled Cc and Bcc just ignore these for a straightforward email! For the box labelled Subject type the subject e.g. 'Meeting on Thursday' to give the receiver a brief idea of what the email is about. What email provider are you using?
ignore the cc and bcc boxes unless you want the recipients not to know anyone else is getting the same email. Put what you like in the subject box and in the main space for text. Click on Send.
cc is for copy if you wanted to send the same email to several people
bcc is blind copy which means that person gets a copy of the email, but the other recipients dont see that address at all (although the bcc person can see the cc names)
