online surveys for money

Not sure where to write this question.

does anybody do or no anyone that does these? Are they a good money earner or a con? Does anyone know any legit websites/

I signed up for quite a few but they are REALLY dull and it would take ages to build up any significant money (and they are quite time consuming).

and you'll get loads of spam (hundreds a day) plus phone calls, and if you enter your mobile number (usually compulsory) you'll regret it.
Most people get fed up before the first cheque comes. Often you get halfway through a survey then get a message saying 'sorry you don't meet the criteria' so you get nothing

I've done a few with Valued Opinions who seem to pay reasonably well but I agree with sherrardk,they are amazingly boring.
