Is manure straight horse poo, or is anything mixed in with it like straw?

From what I know about manure, which is only that which is used for gardening purposes,...it is basically the poo that results from a horses' strict diet. The horses are fed a certain kind of horse feed (with particular nutrients and ingredients in it) that will yield a manure that is used as fertilizer and so on....

That's a unique concept, HAnn... actually, the "poo" is gathered from any appropriate source.  That is, any feedlot or barnyard that produces sufficient quantities.  Reputable dealers in bagged manure, will irradiate it so as to kill most of the weed seeds.  However, if it hasn't been irradiated or otherwise treated, it will provide an abundant crop of weeds. This is true with cow and sheep manure as well...
I don't know whether the horse has to be straight, though............
The content of manure will depend on whether the horse is stabled or at grass. You can expect it to contain almost all grass or hay if the horses 'live out'. The manure of a stabled horse will be different, but not so much so, I think, to make a difference to your produce! Race-horse poo doesn't necessarily mean better tomatoes!
