It's Saturday morning. We had a bit of blue sky for while but it's decided to go elsewhere leaving lots of big grey clouds looking for some mischief to get up to.

Oh well. Have a happy day anyway everyone.

Im happt to say it is rather drizzly here, great news as ive recently laid turf in our garden just up the road and its too far away for the hosepipe. :-) bring on the rain!!!!!
morning all, the dull weafther seems to be pretty wide spread but we've a nice big patch of blue sky overhead so we'll see how it turns out
ratter why is your garden up the road from where you are??? lol
Well you see, we actually have a fairly small front and rear garden and we have a very large estate type house as a neighbour, they own a field that no one has entered for over 50 years, they have given us the use of this field. When we took it over we had to use a chainsaw just to get into the field because of 10ft high brambles etc, the brambles were so dense that now we have cleared a big enough area for grass, there is actually not a single blade of grass growing, so we have put down turf, it is a lot of work but its also great fun and rewarding work, the biggest plus is our dogs can run around the field in total safety, the field is only about 50 mtrs from our front door.
