Have been eating River Cobbler from Tescos for Weekend breakfast for a few months now and we love it. Just Googled it to find out more about it and came across some mixed reaction. Anyone like to add a comment

It is also sold in Waitrose. It is called, I think, Basa and is with chilli and lemongrass. It is delicious and I've never suffered any ill effects but I haven't eaten it for some weeks because of the negative publicity. It's getting to the stage where I'm worried about just about everything we eat!
I've also heard it referred to as catfish, I personally really like it.
I like it lightly fried, coated in well seasoned flour, served with new potatoes and seasonal veg. It's not one of those 'fishy' tasting fishes. I've not seen any bad press but just had a look and it's not putting me off.
I would've expected tests etc.... to be carried out before it was sold here in the UK but like I said I really like it.

It's also sold frozen in batter.
