Not according to the "Liquor Inspectors" who troll the bars around here. Servers could be fined, and the bar could be closed down for various periods of time

Tony, the bartenders here don't have the choice of 'can', they must not serve you any more. At the least they get a fine, at the most they lose their license to serve. Plus the bar is in deep trouble. It's a little draconian I suppose; but, it helps keeping drunks from drinking and driving. Any way, cheers.
