I feel that, out of courtesy to genuine ABers, the ED should tell us why any of our Questions and/or answers are removed. Perhaps it's my age, but I feel sure that some of my recent answers have been taken-out; although I can't remember exactly what I said but recall the sections concerned. Furthermore, being very considerate with my answers, I am sure that there was nothing said which would have upset anyone.
The ED has available all of our E/mail addresses and, if he doesn't want to publish names and reasons in the columns of AB, he could drop a personal line to us.

I don't think I was offensive either, I am almost certain that mine were pulls as a result of offensive threads being removed from the site. If a post is removed from a thread (e.g. because of banned user joining in) then only they go, the rest of the answers remain - but if the whole thread is pulled (e.g. banned user making the OP and we respond) then all the answers on that thread go too, however innocent they are. That's my take on it anyway.

boxtops...I appreciate what you have said about threads being being removed and all go with it. However I cannot understand why today I have had pulled complimentary remarks which I made to a member for having drawn the Ed's attention to a fault within the AB site.
It's somewhat difficult to explain, but I would welcome your further comments after you have read the following:-

I've always found that the Ed reacts to a poetical approach on matters; so I have posted the following:-

Thanks all for your observations and suggestions in this matter.

Hi jno...I don't really have in mind that the Ed should personally reply to us. However I would not think that it is beyond modern technology for the person who actually removes an answer to hit a few buttons to publish a reason in the columns of AB. eg:-
vivandorron...answer removed....Offensive.
Itsnotme........answer removed... Libellous.
jno............... answer removed....Too informative.
Incidentally, from where do you get all your info......"600,000 removed every week."
Hope you are not on AB's staff and keeping a close eye on me. :-)
Best wishes ...Ron.
