Is this a miscariage?

For the past few days I've been having light spotting, sometimes red sometimes brown. And today it got heavier, there was two large rubbery clots (didn't touch it) that was pinkish in color on the toilet paper when I went to the toilet. But a few hours before that I was getting cramp in my lower abdimon (sp?) and my lower back. I googled this and all the signs lead to miscarriage. I've been on the depo for about 7 weeks and I have a
12 week old baby. This is the first bleed since being on the depo. Has anyone experenced this or have any ideas if it is right? Please help x

Irregular bleeds in the early weeks of Depo are common, but if you have any reason to suspect you may have been pregnant please get checked out.

i have had 2 pregnancies and bled ( light spotting,clotting) through both of them. what worries me is the pain you are having with it. if you are able to get to a+e now then go if not docs first thing tomorrow.
