I haven't eaten chocolate or crisps for about 5 and a half weeks now and been eating healthier and going to the gym more often. I've started to notice a difference too, nearly lost half a stone! But recently my sister came down to visit so we went out for meals quite a lot and one time I couldn't resist pudding (a chocolate fondu but I made sure I mainly just ate strawberries and bananas!!) and I put on about two pounds. I know it's not much but it's so annoying! Anyway she left at the weekend so this week Im back to being good. My other sister who still lives with me made a chocolate coconut traybake (have you ever had it? It's AMAZING!) and that was soo hard to resist! So I tried a bit after she convinced me that it wasn't even alot of chocolate on it so it's not doing any harm and one piece led to three. Argh i feel so bad now!! So frustrating. Oopsie!

Pack of 6 actually ;-p
What would you do without me ;oP

(I brought some more this evening, 85p, bargain!)
I've just eaten some home made Rum & Raisin Ice cream. It was lovely and to be honest, I'm not really bothered that I'm a few pounds overweight. Life's too short to worry..unless, of course, you're in your 20's
hi sophie take it from some1 who knows u have nothing to worry about.its a well known fact that when u eat things like choc, cakes, stodgy foods they are heavy and obviously lay in your stomach.you haven't put weight on its what hasn't digested. tomorrow your weigh less and by thursday you will be back to what u did weigh b4 x
Oh my goodness!!!! I would love to have enough time to stress over something this mind numbing!!

If you want it, eat it! then work out to work it off, don't deny yourself or you will crave it more.
