crb checks

if you have had a conditional discharge over 2 years ago,which was only for 12 months and it was for public disorder (racial words) what would it actually say on a crb check ? hope someone can help me as people keep telling me diff things.

It would say exactly what you got booked for.

So the date of the incident, why you were arrested and the outcome.

somebody told me it says on the crb check what is relevant to the job you apply for ? i dont really understand this.
