the worst thing is that i ;ll leave my current job for sake another position i don't know if it's good or no, actually i'm seeing it as down grading

I would first advise you to differentiate between 'advise' and 'advice'

Trust me on this. Stick with the project managing. The amount of crap I had to do to get into project management was untrue. I currently live in Egypt its not that great but obviously better than the UK. I once in my career jumped out of a assistant project managment position to be a site engineer because it was more money and in a nice location. I still regret that decision to this day.
