Whatever happened to Crocs?

Lots of people used to wear them but now you hardly see any. Were they not as good as they were made out to be?

Folks can see 4get, but to be honest i still dont care. Eight hours on your feet bloody wreaks, and if Crocs are the comfiest things to wear, i'll wear em and sod how they look to anyone else.

I wear mine in the garden and in the sea...but they do ballet pump shaped ones now and I am tempted

crocs are still popular round here. They are blissfully comfortable and that's the main yhing

I've never worn them but they dont look like they should be comfortable. Plastic shoes? Are socks not allowed with them ;-)

Crocs are great to take when I go hiking. They weigh next to nothing in your pack, and then when you stop to camp you can get out of your boots and wear them around camp.

I would not be caught dead in them off the mountain, however.

I use to wear them for work....10 hours on your feet and they are a God send.

I have crocs and when I had plantar faciitis they were excellent at giving my feet support, like b00 I dont give a monkeys what people think when they see my crocs, they are the comfiest thing ever. I dont dress to suit other people.

My kids have them as do most of their friends at judo and swimming - they are really easy to get on and off and save loads of time than mucking about with socks and trainers and I dont like them going about in flip flops - not enough protection for their toes. I prefer my birkies!!

I wear mine when pottering in the garden as you can just rinse them under the outside tap.......also take them on hols as great for around the pool.
