i have purchased a computer with supanet as an automatic pop up advert, already with alternative service takes ages for system to get up n running want to get rid of program completely, have tried remove program and still it remains. how do i remove this irratating program?

...try this...

Click on Start / Run / then  type Msconfig and select the Startup tab....
l...Look for anything relating to Supanet on the list and UNCHECK it. Reboot and see if that does it..
   You can always recheck the item you originally unchecked if it was the wrong item.
