Summer Wine DVDs

Is there a definitive site which lists exactly, I repeat, exactly what episodes of Last of the Summer Wine are on which DVD? For example, reviews on amazon list Season 15 and 16 as being 14 and 15 and yet Season 13 and 14 has some episodes of Season 15...or should that be 14? Can anyone please help this confused idiot...me! Ta Muchly.

It's good to see that you have been able to use the new format of AB as I know that before the changes you couldn't access the Question Details box.
I have tried several times to watch Last of the Summer Wine but I'm afraid I just don't get it!

Hi factor, yes I don't know how I did it, cos the 'field' I hit isn't labelled 'detail', I just tabbed a few times and tried where I landed and bingo!...dunner worry about not getting Summer Wine, if we all liked the same thing, then it would be pretty boring, eh? What do you like?...and I probably wouldn't like that!...so there we are...smile.

All episodes for DVD release have to be cleared by the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification), just search their site for Last of the Summer Wine, and it will list the episode title and what series it was from and when the episodes were rated for DVD release. The episodes per series are usually passed at and around the same time, so there will be gaps in the dates which will roughly co-inside with preparation of the DVD.

Hi tony, I've just had a look at that site and it is unreliable. It's got the episodes in any whichway order and the cast listings are incorrect, so I'm not going to rely on its content. Thanks for your help, but it aint your fault they've got it wrong!
