I'm going to make a cottage pie with a vast array of colourful vegetables on the side and proper gravy to pour all over. I will need a stonkingly good red to go with it. Alfie is licking his lips in anticipation and is waiting by the front door to go to the supermarket and get the ingredients. Poor little chap. lol

So what's on your menu/agenda today then?

We've made a decision...we are having baked oysters with hot tomato and bacon with sear scallops...for starters..

Main...sea bream with a garlic and cherry tomato sauce...crushed potaoes and baked beetroot.. :-)
Over to the pub tonight for something fishy as I look across the table at 'the carnivore' tearing in to a bloody steak I suspect...

Alfie's not having any dinner. He's been a very bad boy today. :-(
hI, gUYS X

(poop ... sorry!)

Err ... woke up with a blinding hangover ... more "came to" than woke up, actually.

Cycled to the gym.

Had a major workout.

Called in on Mums and Daddy ... who gave me lunch ... Woo Hooo !

It was chicken. It's quite often chicken!

But ... I am grateful.

I can't face cooking today.

If it was left to me, I'd have ended up with a Chinese takeaway.

J
