Billericay Lions - Breweries of Britain Quiz
First Prize £50.00, Second Prize £25.00 ,Third Prize £10.00, Three Lucky Dip Prizes - £5.00
Entry Fee £1.00 - All profits to Lions Charity Account - Helping people in the local community.
The summer is here and there are lots of beer festivals to look forward to. To celebrate the fine ales of Britain we thought it would be fun to set a beer related quiz and found a web site that lists 500 or so breweries, some sadly now closed, but many still creating our favourite drink. The quiz has clues to 100 different ones, some are well known, others a little more obscure, but you don't need to be a member of the Campaign for Real Ale to find the answers, if you read the quiz carefully you will find the list we used.
Copies of the quiz can be downloaded from http://www.billericaylions.com/quiz.htm and you can send your fee with your completed entry, or if you still want the thrill of receiving a paper copy in the post they can still be requested by sending a stamped, addressed envelope and entry fee to :-
Breweries of Britain Quiz(AB), Lions Club of Billericay, PO Box 4359, CM11 1HB (Cheques \Postal Orders should be made payable to Lions Club of Billericay).
The closing date is Saturday 25th September 2010
Marked answer sheets will be returned on request after closing date.

gordonclown-
when you try to ask a question you shoud get a box which says something like "enter your question [or question title] here". Can you fill that in?
As you fill it in more boxes should appear below. Two are about youtube links. The next box is a big box that says something like "enter further details here?. Do you get that box?
Once you have typed something in there the Submit button should turn from Pale to Dark font and you should be able to press submit. If not, try pressing your enter/return key.

Not a quiz, but a worthy cause.
