What am I doing wrong or not doing as the case may be.
Can anyone help?

I have set it up via Vistaprint and have published it but when I search for it on Google it isn't appearing... the site is sarahjonesfloraldesigns.co.uk
This comes up beautifully jemisa - I put this into the browser bar: http://www.sarahjonesfloraldesigns.co.uk/

However I can't get any reference to you on Google googling any permutation of those words, apart from a Facebook link?
Have to say I personally wouldn't trust any site that doesn't list a contact address or even a landline number (and it's not just me, the general recommendation is not to use any site without those details on it)
Good point chuck.

I haven't posted the telephone number or address because I work from home and
don't fancy advertising my personal address online.. Thanks for your comments anyway...
looks a nice site. How long has it been online?
Question Author
Since 2am this morning... It's my daughter's website, she was up till 2am finishing it.
I'm guessing it's because either you have no links to similar sites, no keywords in your

<meta name="keywords" content="Company Name, Southend on Sea">

statement. For example in my music site I have these search terms:

<META NAME="keywords" CONTENT="Square, Bear, Dance, Trance, Fruityloops, Ejay, Run away, Worswick, mp3, Jupiter rose, Cami, Yana kay, Square bear, Home city, Home city records, samples, games, baz, u sure do, babylove">

Many people say that these keywords are not important but I've always found them useful.

Also, I don't know much about Vistaprint but I'm guessing that the searcg engines are seeing Vistaprint instead of your site? Just a guess on that one though.
Oh jeez! You didn't say it had only just gone online!!!

It will take google and the other search engines at LEAST 48 hours to index it.
Try it after a week and repost if you still can't find it.
Could I suggest using a genuine email address such as

[email protected]

rather than a live mail account. It looks so much more professional.
looks a lovely site Jemisa. hope it all works out for your daughter.

My daughter has already had her promotional materials printed using the live e-mail address. She said perhaps once the business is up and running properly she will be able to make some adjustments. Thanks for the heads up though...
Good luck with everything. I hope it does well.
I must admit I am not happy with putting my landline or home address on my websites either. There's all sorts of nutters out there.
if you're with BT, you cn get a scond number for about £5.00 peer month extra.B.
