I know....thats why Im so intrigued!!...it is the usual butter, flour,cinnamon, caster sugar, eggs, raisins etc.....just a 300g of tomato soup as well. The picture in the magazine looks v nice!!

By all accounts it doesnt taste tomato-y?!?!

Might be quite good with a marmite filling though.

Have you never tried Courgette fruit and nut cake, or Chocolate and beetroot cake - both absolutely lovely!

It was absolutely lovely!!! Noone at work guessed it was tomato soup, and I think I'll make it again soon. Highly recommend it if you like carrot cake etc

If you can't taste the tomato in it then why have the tomato soup?
