Are they any good ?
thinking of buying a cheap pc for a spare and seen some on ebay that are reconditioned but they have windows xp on them and are all legal. well they say they are and arent too dear . are they really all legal and where do they get them from because ones i saw were only bout£60 or £70 and tenner delivery for the tower . the feedback is good but ahs anyone got one here before? sorry but im wondering if they are too good to be true

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.It's a bit hard to answer because there are probably hundreds of reconditioned computers for sale on Ebay from different people, I'm sure some are fully legal and some aren't.
Ask if it has the windows COA sticker on it, if it does than you have the license to use windows on it.
As to where they get them from, could be trade ins on new computers, from companies that have upgraded...... all sorts, why not ask the seller.
