Is anyone having trouble signing in to A&L? For the past two days I just get 'we are uable to complete your request, try again later'. Do I have to re-register as Santander? Hope someone can help.

I've just accessed my account with no problems. sounds like you need to call them.

Thank you mushroom25, will do. Incidentally have you (or anyone else) signed up for rapport? I read that there are problems with it? Any advice anyone

I keep declining to sign up for that extra security thing, its annoying that it keeps popping up but it means I can get into my account ok.

I think they keep working on different things to complete the changeover, The other day my Mum couldn't get through to phone banking on her account but I could on mine. I'm guessing its all part of the move to Santander.
