yes, as they are tubers. Brush off sediment, check & clear infestation, dust with sulfur powder, wrap in newspaper & store in cardboard box till February for planting.
To add to the previous good advice... really small potatoes may not have developed any "eyes". It's important that seed potatoes have at least one, preferably more, eyes.
Additionally when storing, make sure they're stored in a cool, dark place. The colder (but not freezing) the better. Lare potato warehouses around here (western U.S.) keep their underground storage areas at about 35 degrees (F) year round...
Blight is endemic in this country UK and saving your own is not good practice . Seed potatoes usually come from Scotland which is free of blight . If you are going to do it I suggest you only use Early potatoes . It is Main Crop that are most prone to Blight especially in a wet summer.
Only use the very best of the potatoes you have. don`t use any sub standard at all, if you want to grow decent potatoes. If you want the best use the best.
It is definitly not true that Scotland is free from blight as my potatoes suffer greatly from it and blight is caused by growing conditions rather than coming via the seed potatoes. Potatoes that have blight will not store till next year as they will rot. Saving your own seed potatoes can be worth trying but they will not be guaranteed free from disease.
