Mirabelles for Jam?
3 Answers
I have a mirabelle tree at the moment laden with fruit; they are like small plums but not as favoursome. Would they be suitable for jam making with perhaps another fruit added for taste, if so what please?

They make fantastic jam on their own!

I don't know about another fruit, but I tried adding ginger last year, and it tasted good.

No they're awful
The only way to safely get rid of them is to boil them up with some sugar spoon into some jars and send them to me for safe disposal
