Two questions which have left me stumped, so any help would be appreciated please.
1. How many hearts does an oyster have?
2. There's the name of an animal hidden in this sentence. 'On a stormy day, the sea eagerly crashes down onto the rocky shore.' The other answers indicate a name straddled between two words. I've stared at this for some days, and am unable to find an animal.
According to one source -
'We did an oyster dissection and filmed the heart beating! Oysters actually have three hearts as do their relatives, clams, mussels, snails, squid and octopuses.'
Thank you very much for your help Dinkypuzzled. Thankfully my education did not extend to dissecting oysters, I'm very squeamish. Although if it had, of course, I would have known the answer!
