Permutations

Bearing in mind that I am a total computer/mathematics illiterate, can anyone tell me how to get a program - preferably just by downloading! - that will put a set of items into every conceivable permutation?
For example, if I enter "4, 2, 1, 5, 3", I want it to show me 2, 1, 3, 5, 4...3, 1, 4, 2, 5...4, 1, 5, 3, 2...5, 2, 4, 3, 1 and every other possibility including, obviously, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Similarly, if I enter "be, is, be, the, to, not, to, question, that, or", ir will come up with lots of gibberish phrases but also, "To be or not to be that is the question."
What I need amounts to a form of "Every Possibility" anagram program for numbers, words, letters or whatever.

I've used the free version of this site, however I don't do anagrams.  The "sister" site does do anagrams and you can customize it's search features... I'm not sure it's excatly what you're looking for, but take a look...

Quizmonster, got it working (had to put words.txt on C: drive and desktop just to be sure). Here is a selction of the 700+ outputs. Hope you're using a PC not a Mac.

Unless you input a full path to WORDS.TXT it needs to reside in the same folder/directory as the app.

Kempie, I DID have it in the same folder (the obvious place) but it didn't seem to work. Anyway, it's working now - maybe Quizmonster has friends round? Even in Scotland we've had sunbathing weather today!

Just to warn you, Quizmonster, I decided to try you full quotation. Because of permutations (factorials are used I believe) ie 10x9x8x7x6x5x4x3x2, instead of 700+ possibilities, there are 3,628,800 and it takes ages. The text file produced is 219Mb !!! You'll be pushed to be able to read the file (it has been loading into Word for 5 minutes and still isn't ready).

Thanks for your suggestions, folks. I myself never even dream of touching this sort of thing, always leaving it to my partner to sort out which - bless her! - she generally does. However, she has a life apart from my AB commitments!
Nevertheless, she tried the 'Saliu' one yesterday evening and found the same as Kempie...it was a nightmare to navigate...so we got no further with it. However, now that a direct connection has been provided, I'm hoping she will have another go - as well as a look at the other suggested sites - this evening.
Don't imagine that 'silence' on my part means that I am ungrateful or that nothing is being done in response to your help. Cheers
