Apparently it was in The Matrix but thats not the film I've heard it in.
Its the main riff that I can remember playing but can't think for the life of me what the movie was.

Its not the matrix and ive never seen How High!

it features in the film CKY2 (and possibly CKY1 too)

The CKY films were the forerunners to jackarse (wonder if that get censored)
