How do i go about selling my photographs

I take pictures that i think would be good enough to be on greeting cards, calendars etc. I mostly concentrate on photography of the countryside, animals, flowers and macro images. Does anyone else on here sell their photography?

I used to sell greetings cards with actual photos on the front - I lived in a very picturesque village and I struck up a deal with the local shop - I made them, they sold them. It worked well for several years, until I moved away.
