Would a solar powered charger keep an ipod going for about 5 weeks?

Are they worth buying? I'm hoping to go on a walking holiday where I doubt if I'll be able to charge my i pod by conventional means.

lookslike you need to have 2 AA batts in it but you can use old ones or get them form a pound shop i guess.
